I would really like to know how to do this, can you explain please?
Michael, I would love to help. For me it has been a pretty slow process (still working on it!) to get some degree of consistency (eg.I have been working on the heel/toe part for a couple of years). Start really slow at first and try to make all the strokes even (no accents at first). I would recommend taking a few lessons to get you started at least... once you have the basics, there are lots of video out there that will help- but feedback can save a lot of time ;) Best of luck!!
