I read an item about what we have control over and what we don't- it said 'the outcome of our efforts' is one thing not in my control. It makes it sound like my meditation, my intentions, are powerless. As a curious person, a scientist, I don't like that belief. 🤷🏼♀️ 🪷🌄 However it does bring the story of Sisyphous (greek?) to mind.

My grandma used to live in Ponchatoula, Louisiana and she played the piano... I received it when she passed and I've never touched it since.
