No blanching ?
It’s not necessary if you plan on using it in cooked dishes like soups, sauces, creamy dishes or stews. Also, when not blanching celery beforehand, make sure to use it within three months tops.

I know some people might get upset about this "quick" ragu. I think its solid! I always say I have 2 different bolognese recipes. One for the weekend when i have 4 hours and can afford great ingredients and then a weeknight one when I just want to eat 2 huge bowls of meaty pasta within the hour.
I couldn't agree more! My weekends are reserved for utter gastronomy, or at least within my cooking skills, with all the time in the world. Weeknights are exactly like yours, quick and tasty dinners. Thank you for watching! Have a great weekend

Great first video! ❤ Thoughts are screwed up. If you don't know how to control them, they take you to another dimension, especially negative ones. It is important to recognize the beginning of momentum and stop, because a lot of what is in the head is not real. The mind loves to create scenarios, and when you discover that you can control your mind, then you control the scenarios and ultimately life. Enjoy Barcelona!😊
