@@MinecraftloverKojack if only I had a macro that could make the 8 minute boss fight less painful for my fingers, however I don’t, and the 8 minute boss fights require finger dexterity on this build. But hey you could always play 1 click button Heartseeker build.

@@THEETERNALANGELX it’s the implicit on the boots mate, evade cooldown reduced when attacking, it’s great for rogue, far better than the 3 evade charges.

@@TELEVISIBLE Rogue life man. Check your dark shroud ranks, they make a huge difference, and dodge chance is very important. If you have armour cap, resistances and around 50k got his build feels pretty tanky IMO for rogue standards.

Very different builds mate RF vs Heartseeker. The damage in this build comes from Rapid Fire and not so much the puncture. Puncture is just used to build combo points. If you are looking for a puncture build I would recommend looking for andariels flurry build.

Masterworking makes a huge difference mate, the rapid fire ranks, crit damage and caltrops duration in particular make a huge difference to damage.

But would be able to tell you exactly without looking at your gear myself. Just know that Masterworking makes your build OP.

@@BromancerofDoom I have most of my gear 12/12 but I got unlucky on gloves not getting ranks to rapid fire. I have +6 at the moment after trying multiple times. Would this be something that I should prioritize? Thanks for the reply by the way!

@@Allennn-yb5cp well I tested this last night, I swapped edgemasters on amulet with repeating, and replaced elements on gloves with edgemasters. To be honest I could not see a huge difference on tier 143. In fact it looks like elite packs took way longer to kill in comparison. Requires more testing on bosses. If there is any video showing a 145+ clear with repeating I will be sold :) Please share :)

@@MrNCisBallin Yip have experimented with moonrise, but it is very difficult to say for sure, due to the nature of the randomness of pits and also the lack of meaningful information in the training room (dps counter, attack speed counter, hit counter etc). If someone could do the maths and testing for us it would be great lol.

@@BromancerofDoom yeah I just completed a 135 (highest so far) with elements and it was significantly faster than when I was using moonrise, but like you said it’s hard to directly compare and it could’ve been so many other factors too.

You can use dagger or swords depending on what you get, you only miss 17% crit hit damage from the implicit on swords. if you go with daggers, but you gain attack speed for puncture with daggers.

@@jigsaw6640 nope no crit chance required because you have guaranteed crit chance from precision stacks. You just need to crit 1/3 punctures to always have 4 precision stacks for every cast of RF and that is always happening.

So currently I am running with 93.7% Rapid fire cast twice. This is from 68.3 on the crossbow (2 masterwork crits) and 25.4 on the one sword (no masterworking crits). Ideally you want to get as close to 100% as possible so that you always get the maximum amount of arrows cast (up to 20 arrows from 1 Rapid Fire Cast). However, to get up to 100% RF cast twice AND also have 1 weapon that has caltrops duration, means you need to have good temper rolls and also at least some masterworking crits on the rapid fire cast twice tempers. Dropping a little bit of arrows cast twice in order to gain caltrops duration is clearly worth it, as it gave me 3 more pit tiers that I could clear. I tested with different percentages on my gear like 25% and 50% and 100% RF cast twice, with 3 combo points, and without combo points, watching back in slow motion each test, it was painful. But from what I can see, the percentage chance is for each individual arrow to cast twice. Very long story short: Try to balance as high as possible RF cast twice (90%+) while also getting caltrops duration on 1 or two weapons. Hope that helps :)

If the training room had a hit counter on the dummies like other games this would be easy, but instead we need to sit there watching slow motion replays like scientists trying to determine if we cast 18 or 19 arrows, LOL. Thats Blizz for you

You may just not know what to look for..which happened to me at first lol. when you shoot RF twice it will hit 20 times (with all 3 combo points) as opposed to the normal 10, it doesnt't actually shoot twice in a row

If you are going for Andariels and stacking poison I would rather recommend a puncture build. Check out Xarrios channel for a great build, it’s really fun! I haven’t tried to include Andariels in RF myself, but could be interesting for season 5. Good luck on those tempers mate 😀

Yes bro Caltrops duration is required for 140+ (on 1 or both one handers depending on the luck of your masterworking). I have a video coming out later today with more deets!

Yes that would be a good idea if you don’t want to make another rogue for open world farm. Personally I find swapping skills and gear annoying in this game (no loadout options) so I have multiple seasonal rogues, the other two are andariels flurry and Heartseeker, both lightning fast and only used in open world. Barrage is the same, it’s sick for open world

131 still good though! What time are you getting the boss portal? Just have to keep pushing that gear. RF ranks, Chance for RF to cast twice, crit hit damage being the most important. Or if you are a Gigachad can go the caltrops duration triple masterwork roll with a triple masterwork Rapid fire cast twice on crossbow🫠.

Andariel’s is super fun too, it is very fast, but I like RF more 😀

Thanks mate! Ye heartseeker is not my thing, too much hype, its bugged and not very engaging to play. Also will get a confirmed nerf to the double dipping bugs in Season 5.

I haven’t tested it personally but if you can make it work and at the same time not lose too much attack speed it will be good. Might require shuffling around some aspects and gear stats. I have it too but didn’t test because I don’t want to give up Rapid or Accelerating aspect. Might have to run attack speed on amulet as well for example. If you make it work please share 🙏

Nice! Ye looks like 140 may be the limit, unless some new tech is discovered, or if caltrops duration works, if you drop "rapid fire chance to cast twice" on 1 weapon, maybe. However it would cost alot of materials and gold to find out lol.

@@BromancerofDoom ya bro, i was hitting 139pit yesterday, there's no enough time, need more couple minute, that's how i required gear right now, one dagger was caltrops duration, bow and another dagger was chance cast twice which is 94% guess that's enough for that, therefore i push high weapon mastery on amulet with ga 6 currently, will remaster work again to 7 lets see can reach to 140pit or not

Most likely just a different gear set up mate, I have 21 ranks of Rapid Fire and have progressed all gear to 12/12 master working. This build is not using any vulnerable damage or exploit glyph. @@BromancerofDoom Thanks, I'll check it out. I know I have deficiencies, because my friend is playing a rogue and does more damage than me at level 80. Only at 5/12 for master working and I missed that you have rapid fire at 21.

It is indeed, but luckily we don't use it for RF with Scoundrels Kiss. Still hope they fix it though, alot of bugs this patch. Lucky nothing that has made RF into a stormtrooper this time around 🤭

Cunning Stratagem node increases the total arrow count of rapid fire arrows which are fired when you spend combo points. You can actually see the number of arrows change in the Rapid Fire tooltip based on having 0/1/2/3 combo points, or with and without Cunning Stratagem selected. More arrows, more pew pew! Not possible unfortunately with the way that the Pit Bosses currently work and how stagger works, there is alot of stagger everywhere on the build, about as much as we can get. But I would let you know that there are some massive changes that have just dropped in patch 1.4.3 with pit balance scaling, uploading a new video currently, you will see, it is pretty bonkers changes :)

​@@shoeman12384 Nice. I have a baby HS rogue, but I made a respectable Andariel Puncture Rogue this weekend, it is pretty awesome and fun to play! Also Andariels has been buffed significantly now in 1.4.3.

If you are short for some reason (Like if you didn't get the tempers on your pants and chest) you can adjust the paragon board slightly, there are some resistance nodes along the board which don't require too much shuffling around. Hope you are able to get it right mate!

Yes not really fun playing bugged builds and Rapid fire is just more enjoyable imo. Swords give more crit damage naturally, 17.5% base compared to daggers that always give damage to close. For Lilith you will see huge discrepancies if you have not built 3 combo points or used your evade before rapid fire, also affecting her with caltrops and dash adds damage multipliers too. With my current build I actually having difficulty skipping the first phase because it does too much damage while trying to stagger her 😂. First world problems I guess. You can use shadow step and puncture to apply the stagger and then burst her when she is stagger by setting up caltrops, dash and evade just before she is staggered. Make sure to have the lucky hit chance to crowd control tempers on your gear, very important.

It was just luck mate on the amulet, but I can 100% say that at least 400m gold went into re-rolling master working on weapons and shit tons of veiled crystals. Farming helltide gives loads of crystals and NM dungeons and salvage all yellows. Yes it does require huge time investment and I also question how blizzard has designed the gold and material income vs time spent. I play usually 4+ hours a day after work. It takes a lot of time to min/max masterworking and impossible if you get unlucky.
