I’m pretty sure this piece is unfinished or the finished part got lost during the World War period. I feel that misses a major part and a ritornello.
I could reconstruct it if you like my idea.
The true minute waltz (as in "mehnit" not "mynewt", the latter being how the famous minute waltz was understood, this confusion brings about the hideously fast interpretations of Chopin's piece today)
