Good luck on your tablet journey :). Also, ignore the person talking about you don't need a tablet for your rank. I'm 5 digit and have pretty good reading + snap aim but cant set anything over 100pp on mouse. Its all preference one isn't better than the other, but I think its 100% worth it to try both if its possible. Also its normal to switch area a lot so don't ever panic about that if one day you get on and just cant do anything. That used to happen to me a lot and it really demotivated me but I just kept playing switching area a lot and pushing my limits and now that my reading has improved since then, I really don't need to change my area that much. And If I do, I can get used to it in like 5 minutes. So don't stress when it comes to that. I have tried all the way from 216x135 to 50x30. So just pick whats feeling the most comfortable for you. Just don't blame everything on your area. Find something that's comfortable then work off of that. If you shake a lot, you can add filters on opentabletdriver. For example I added devocub antichatter and enabled it and messed around with the latency. I personally use 12 latency. Filters are all preference so you can try whatever. Some top players prefer no filters at all and some use heavy amount of filters. There might be a video on the "best filters" if you care to look that up. But I personally just picked something that felt fine and just kept using it. Another thing is if your pen slips a lot and you keep loosing grip (personally happened to me) I got some felttac tennis overgrip and put that on my pen and helped a lot. Some top players use griptape some don't. So if you ever have problems with that then you can try that. Most importantly though, enjoy playing and using tablet! Have fun brother :D

side to side with ur wrist, up and down with ur fingers. Get open tablet driver to mess around with ur area and get some filters on to compensate for the shake. Also watch some top players and watch how they grip their pen and try and get used to it (do NOT look at BTMC or flying tuna as they have a VERY personalized pen grip). Make sure with whatever grip you're using that you can move the pen to any corner with ease and ur not straining your hand or wrist in any way otherwise after playing a couple of maps you'll start to feel it.

you didnt really need a tablet considering your rank. i would recommend people getting tablet after getting to 5 digit. but you can get one if you want

tips : - Try to use multiple keys if you are not already doing that, 2 is enough for the base game levels. (but top players use more than 10 keys, look at @jipper for example) - It's quite obvious but when you see "Late" or "Lperfect" try to press the next few keys a little quicker to compensate.
