i think ragdolling helps me more, especially when theyre body is like flat on the ground i think it gives me more power
@@rdjilz unless you are gonna go prolly about 70% of max distance, ragdolling is better but this video is showing how to reach the absolute limit (ragdoll in a fight tho cause you needs get em off quick
