Nicholas Livingston on the Hiruzta Txakoli, imported directly by The Wine Company
Просмотров 62Год назад
Bodega Hiruzta make Txakoli wines that combine classicism and modernity. Made from Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Beltza grown in the estate’s vineyards in Hondarribia, after which these historic Txakoli grapes are named, these wines offer a singular glimpse at what Txakoli can achieve at the more fulsome end of the spectrum. These are every bit as fresh, balanced, and expressive, but a little ...

Thanks for this, I used pliers ten minutes ago, and thought, that can't be right. Cheers!
Thank you!!!! You saved us!!! Our methods were getting more dangerous and less dignified by the minute!
Egz
YES!! The most direct & straightforward one out there
I echo the sentiments of TE’s post. What I miss most in my retirement is the people and spirit of TWC…. Well, and the wines of course. You do an amazing job, ALL of you. Happy Holidays.
Thank ALL of you at TWC, for your grace, your spirit, your love of community and dedication to quality, to craft. Congratulations for everything you’ve achieved. From far south of TWC territory - I miss what you (plural) are, more than I can say.
What a color!
Love the Carte d’Or and Rose from Drappier.
Superb champagnes and a testimony to the Cote des Bar!
Love the Cline Reds!
Breakfast wine! I love it!🎉
good wine. im watching the video with Padrillos in Korea although several years have already passed.
Thank you for this my partner and I bought this wine and had no idea how to open it and this just saved us 😂
You made that looks easy, sir. Many thanks!
Cheers Jim! Takes a little practice but what a difference it makes having the right tool for the job and some idea about how to crack into it. Salute!
👍👍👍🍇😄🙏
I do remember 35 years ago, it was scary and exciting. I’m so proud of what you all have built. 👍😁🍾🥂🎂🎊
You had a major hand in shaping it from the very start. So grateful for you and all you contributed over the years. THANK YOU FRIEND!
I want to become somelier
Great video ! thanks for sharing !
Omg. Why didn't I come here before bruising my hand??? Loll Thank you!
It'll be smooth sailing here on out. Happy sipping!
I was just staring at this bottle and freaking out. I googled "how to open Cleto Chiarli" and this was the result. Phew! Apparently I have the Cialdini. Now I know which one to get next time.
Fantastic!!
Thank you!
I really enjoy this Rosé. Like you mention, this rose is not about sophistication at all but sometimes you just want to enjoy something because it’s yummy
This sounds like something I would thoroughly enjoy
This used to come in a 15 pack because they would throw in three bottles for every 12 ordered. Does it still come that way when ordered?
So very good!
Delicious!
My girlfriend wants a sparkling red so I want to get her into a true Lambrusco and not that ghastly garbage from bygone years. I know you have some, so any chance on a video about Lambrusco?
For sure! As soon as one of us gets back to the temperature controlled warehouse, we'll happily make one on every Cleto Chiarli Lambrusco we have. They are JUST the Lambrusco to restore one's faith and foster new love for the wine and the region. Salute!
WineCoMN Awesome! Thank you so much. I’ve tried Cleto Chiarli and I think it will go absolutely fantastic with the homemade pizza I make for her with pecorino and fennel sausage
Thanks!
This is why I love the internet. Thank you!
NICE
Oh I know! When I'm hungry all I can think about is dry pumpernickel! It's overwhelming!
I definitely think that some Austrian wines like quality Zweigelt or Zweigelt and Blaufrankisch Cuvées have great aging potential and actually develop beautiful complexity after 8-10 years. It's definitely worth the wait because what you can get out of them is so much more than a young, generic, fruit-forward wine.
Outstanding insight into the mind and ethos of a great chef and a wonderful man: Ken Goff who built the Dakota Jazz Club as a serious gourmet destination. Great piece.
At last a red wine to enjoy in the summer sun... firing up the grill in 5, 4, 3, 2...
Happy Holiday too all of you..Robbin keep that great heart you have for all..
Patty, at some point, I want to see you "ride the bull" with a ukelele around the office! ;-)
Love you Larry!
Paul Daggett is a wonder of knowledge about wine especially Rhone. Well said!
