In today's busy times together with our 2 children and work we sometimes forget the 'small things in life'. Making these simple dishes brings our family together, as well some great moments around the table!
The recipes in our video's will suit all occasions, whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner! Or just a quick snack...which is also important from time to time ;-)
Our goal is to provide you with easy, not too long and fun creations to enjoy.

Hi everyone!
In this video we make a nice beef and noodles recipe.
A good healthy dinner (or lunch if you are really hungry ;-)
we hope you like it and try, let us know in the comments what you think of it!

Ingredients;
- 175 grams of beef ( i used a ribeye )
- 120 grams of instant noodles
- 1 green onion
- 1 red onion
- 100 grams of green beans
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of japane soy sauce
- seasoning as you prefer

Thank you for your question! I used a mild olive oil, if you use high temperatures a peanut (arachide) oil will be the better choice. That is because it is more heat resistant.
