OMG at min 9 what is the name of that place you stayed with the sand volleyball?
I'm a brand new subscriber watching from London UK 🇬🇧
How do they teach a class??? Do they get paid
Hey! I also go to UGA and I just got accepted to semester at sea for spring 2023!! Go dawgs!❤️
Believe Jesus Christ. Be repent. Heaven and hell exist.
I've been accepted for SAS for three semesters but it keeps getting canceled by Covid ); fingers crossed for January!!
Great smile 🤣 alexa wonderful ❤️ smile amazing 💕
Great faces 👌 wonderful ❤️🙏❤️ blogger !!
Will you make Vlogs on your second SAS
yes! i'm planning on doing spring 2022
I thought you got credits while on semester at sea
How are you supposed to study/do schoolwork/plan in country trips with only 4 computers on the whole ship and 7 mins of wifi on your phone?? Do you have more wifi time on your laptops? thanks for the info!
How do you edit your videos with Wi-Fi and how much Wi-Fi do you get?
What... $26k for a semester? American education is crazy
thats cheaper than a lot of schools here too
I'm a filipino and I really want to study in Stanford University to learn writing. Or perhaps Juilliard. I am actually telling my parents to make me a bank account because I already computed the expenses if I got to have a scholarship. Please be in my journey and by the way I am 12. So I still have time to save. Thanks Alexa
semester at Sea == booze time
When you do it again as a post grad, will you vlog it and talk about how that worked too? I'm planning on doing it as a post grad as well in sp2023 and I'm really curious
hayy me 2 🥳🥳
yes! i'm planning on doing spring 2022
where did she go :((
Omg 😂 I've been to Japan and yes them toilets though I couldn't figure it out! But cool tho
Im currently 14, Im thinking of going when im 16. whats the age limit? is there one?
It's for college students
I just started college and I read on the semester at sea website and it says you have to have 12 minimum college credits. Obviously I do not have 12 college credits yet so when would you suggest applying? I want to apply for the spring 2022 voyage.
Hey you videos on SAS are so informative! I am planning to go on SAS 2022, do let me know if you know someone from India who has done SAS or was on your voyage, it would be great help! Thank You❤
hi do you know if sas is available to students in the uk?
I want to do semester at sea but I'm second thinking it because from videos I've seen, there really isn't diversity on the ship. Maybe there is and I didnt see it. How diverse is the student population on the ship? I don't want to feel uncomfortable being the only hispanic.
it's not that diverse. I've checked but it's still ok 😁
Same I saw a video about the food and its very American there’s no rice for breakfast!
I applied for spring 2022, and am starting to think about choosing between the adventure double and inside triple. Which one did you choose and did you like it? And I’m an accounting major too btw!
can you make a video on outfits you brought or wish you brought on the trip for countries and on the ship? also i love your videos <3
I’ve always wondered if I decide to do it my sophomore year or something pay for everything needed to I still need to pay for my semester at my school since I won’t be there but technically my classes would still count so just something I’ve wondered?
Huge difference between Gracie and Alexa definitely on the same boat. Also the group of friends
I miss japan 😭 if I ever do semester at sea I’d love to go back 😭
Do you gotta pay for those smoothies and coffee ? Everything me or is it like a meal plan
yes you pay for those! anything you order from the grill you pay for but dining hall food is all included :)
Can u do a biology major on it?
Question, so I’m from the Netherlands so our school system is different... Do you like STUDY study? Or is it like school? And what kind of courses can you take? Bc I like maths, biology, physics and chemistry... Can I do those? I’m still 14 y/o but I’m kinda falling in love with this... lol.. but yeah long story short, what kind of courses can I choose from ? (And how long do you stay in a certain country and where do you sleep there?) Sorry for my english ik its not the best
Looks like a little fantail jumping going on around 4:06 (?)....another kick was roller skating down the hall
How do you communicate with your friends on the ship? Like if theres no service or wifi, how do you know where anyone is or something like that....lol
You scream like really, really loud
Hi, I am a 15 year old from the UK and I am really interested in going to Semester at Sea as a Gap year student. I have a few questions that hopefully people can answer: 1.What age do you have to be to attend SAS? (When you leave 'high school' in the UK you are normally 16 years old and apparently you leave high school at 18 in the US.) 2. When do you get the final price you have to pay?( After or before you have gotten a grant and/or scholarship.) 3. Can you contact your family daily on the ship or do you have to wait until port to get signal? 4. When you fill in the application do you put your 'high school' or the college you have been accepted into?
Jinhitentertainment Manager Jin the only question I think j can answer is the first one. I haven’t applied yet but it says there’s no age requirement as long as you have a high school diploma you can apply
2:18 peep Gracie O’Connor ❤️
Hi! I'm considering doing spring 21, but because of covid may end up looking further into fall 21. Only thing is I'd be post grad just like you're considering, so I was wondering if theres a lot of graduate students aboard or if thats abnormal?
there usually aren't a ton of post grad students, but because of a couple of voyages getting cancelled/ending early I bet there will be more on fall 21!
omg i’m interested for the voyage in fall 2021 too!
can i apply right after finishing high school? it’s the gap year thing right?
yes!
Your roommate looks like another you tubers named Samantha
she is :)
I thought this was Emma Topp
I’m already stressed out about what I’m gonna do for Semester at sea and field classes and the expenses even though I’m 14
Same tho
same haha
@me being sea sick and passed out after spending 5 minutes on the balcony and staring into the waves hitting the ships hull.
thanks for this! I am like in the end of eight grade, but I have been interested in Semester at Sea since I was in sixth grade. I have been trying to get as much information possible and even have a giant notes in my phone dedicated to Semester at Sea with everything I should know and this really helped! I am planning to start a bank fund for SAS. So when I apply to Semester at Sea I would have all the money or at least some of the money I would need for it!
when you go to places with your teacher, are they field programs? because i know that you have to pay for field programs and i just wanted to know if this was just for class and you didn’t have to pay :)
Sarah Alessi no they are not filed programs I am pretty sure u don’t have to pay for them
that’s called a field class and it’s part of their grade so it’s mandatory so i’m pretty sure they don’t have to pay for it
are the seasons in the countries you travel to different if you go for a spring voyage or fall voyage. like is it colder in spring or fall. is there any difference?
Did you know anyone from Georgia State University?
how did eating work in as much detail as possible? options, when in port, etc
is there an option in room to have a mini fridge or plug in stove top or anything like that.. thank you!
on the ship its basically like dining hall food or you can order from the grill. you can't have stoves or fridges or anything in your rooms but you can keep snacks in your rooms. when you're in port you can eat whatever!
Is there a possibility of doing a SAS haul? Like, a video of all the things you bought in-country during your semester? It’s be so cool!!!
I’m so curious about this marketing class trip to a theme park
me too! let me know if you find a video about it!
Such a bummer. This pandemic has been a real mess. Hope you will get an opportunity to go back on !
