I'm guessing most people would be going from summer tires to winter tires which need the TPMS sensors to be reprogrammed. Does this tool work with the OEM TPMS sensors after going back to them in the spring? Also, if the relearning process fails, are you left with no working TPMS sensors as the OEM codes were wiped out by initiating the relearning process? Just trying to understand how this whole thing works before I dive into it. Thanks in advance.

A brief warning: if your Autel MaxiTPMS tool, whether it's the TS508, TS508WF, or the iTS600, is manufactured before September 2023, you can copy by activation or manual input. Any of them manufactured after that date, you're simply out of luck as those two MX-sensor programming options are no longer on the "Program Sensor" menu.

Thank you very helpful. Bought the tool started the relearn processes on my 2017 Bolt started with left front tire after that front right tire. On to Right back tire but does beep tried at various spots base of the valve etc. no matter what i did it did not work and process times out now all the tires do not show any reading. I tried same processes on my 2019 Bolt. Same results front two tires I get the honks but on right back tire it does not honk and times out. Any idea what is going on here.
