I’m so glad you put this out there so we can share with city council.
This was a great talk and event. Thanks CNU for putting this on. It was really fun to be there in person and to meet Chuck!
Any chance you guys have the audio from this available anywhere? I'd like to listen during an upcoming road trip
Just re-exported as an MP3, which can be downloaded via Dropbox here: www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/l7dgw7y0z0pwd39s3od1h/20240412-Condo-Event-Audio-Only.mp3?rlkey=cdw3jnlmg0pr4jvjt7pamdg9z&dl=1
Kunstler needs to revisit Sacramento's downtown-midtown and surrounding neighborhoods if he thinks it's interchangeable with Fresno. Yeah, Sac has a lot of sprawl but its urban core is a great, traditional grid with tons of street life and great public spaces.
The audio is pretty bad, especially with the second speaker :( Speaker phones are the worst Good presentations though!
