xp can run it best imo..... if u install on crappy XP pc its understandable. E8400 with OC to 4.5Ghz 4gb ram and HD5870 ran it like there was no tommorow at launch

bro my dad back of years builded a pc like 12-18 years ago, and then the gta 4 has came out, he cracked the game on piratebays, on maybe nCore, (btw i'm and my dad is hungaryan and in hungary is not illegal) chacked the game a really bad nvidia card idk what the card name is, a intel core 2 duo maybe idk, and a 258gb of hdd and 2gb ram bang, 78fps and with windows xp. Bro i swear to got i and my dad, and my 2 brothers can show you a proof of it
