I like to get a air compresser and a towel and shoot the air in the hole with the towel inside and the towel shoots around the tank from the air witch makes it clean

Is the bead sealer to help keep the tire from leaking or is it to help you seat the bead?

I am looking for a plow and am concerned about the Aluminum trans axle as I have heard the with the force on the bracket some people have had the bolts strip out of the trans housing. There is a bracket available that has a plate of steel welded on each side of the bracket that also has a hole on each plate to bolt on the side of the rear axle. Thanks

Rocks are very dangerous. Could have steel or flint etc in them and cause a flash spark in any gases in tank and BOOM. Better to use glass marbles, with added rust cleaner, and a little lemon juice or vinegar. Then rinse out with water and dry in sun.

I did this to my motorcycles tanks.rapped it in an old blanket the put it in the dryer with no heat. It really worked. Oh yea the wife was at work.

very clever. I clean the inside of rusty, motorcycle gas tanks using kerosene, which is not as flammable as gas, and ordinary screws and washers, about a pound because the sharp edges of the screws scrape over the surface. I use magnetic screws, not stainless, so that I can get them out with a magnet. I rinse the inside of the fuel tank or using a 12 V electric pump that I bought on eBay for under $10. I have an in-line filter, filtering the fuel that I pulled out of the gas tank before it goes through the pump, and then back into the gas tank to get all the tiny particles. I have a video of this process on my RUclips channel showing the pump, the filter, filtering, one of my fuel tank cleanups that I posted in February or March 2024. One side note I wanted to use the see-through plastic fuel line so I could see it was passing through the system, the same thing with the filter, I used a see-through plastic filter.. auto parts stores do not stock this type of fuel line anymore. I tried. But Home Depot stocks, this type of see-through fuel line and they sell it in 10 foot rolls for less than five dollars in the plumbing section. At least the 3/8 ID fuel line are used in my video…

Not bad, but use muriatic acid, rinse, dry and seal with Por-15 tank sealer. You won't need to do that again.

Not trying to be a Richard, but why would you use water to remove rust? That’s counterintuitive. Rocks thoroughly cleaned will work, but why not leave some gas in the tank, or diesel would be much better. However using the hub to rotate the tanks is a great idea.

I did this but instead of fuel tanks. I put one of them soccer ball shaped ice cream makers and taped it onto the wheel and just drove around for about an hour and it made the best ice cream I've ever tasted. I was waiting for them little tractors are fall 🤣
