Hi
Update? How was the second shave?
Nothing like sliding a razor across your neck/throat/head to start the day.
Nothing will work permanently because the sun is no joke. I've used this for a few years and it's the best product on the market.
Matt, how is it going? Any results?
WHAT ABOUT ABS? Does it help that midsection?
No, it does not target the midsection.... Some say you can do some limited upper body work with it, but I just do the legs/glutes as designed.
Two videos in one week? Please keep up the good work.
I'll try!
You look like you have been working out.
I am!
The mega is the one I’m looking to get next 👍🏻 . With the stand . But the price for both is going to be rough lol .. I have the mitopro 300 and love it . I love that they use 4 wavelengths.. I also have a hoogapro 300 which is good too. But is just has the 2 wavelengths.. will def be getting the bigger panel in the next couple weeks. Even if I got to cut back on food lol .. well worth it because of the benefits 👍🏻
great information where do you get the weight vest ?
Thanks! The vest is a V-Max weight vest: www.weightvest.com/
How about a before and after photo, and why are you wearing long pants?
It wasn’t a video of that nature. And my legs aren’t much to look at!
@@MattsOtherChannel it’s a leg machine😂
I have seen many people with Ehlers-Danlos (like myself) say they have used this with great success and no joint dislocations or pain! I ordered mine today and can't wait to get it.
Now all you need is the 2019 oem tail lights
As a petite woman, I find many workout machines are “not my size.” I’m def a decades long gym person, but one of the MAIN problem is reach is too far on a lot of the sitting machines and so that eventually strains my back pretty bad. I really want to purchase this but I’m seeing your reach forward and my arms are much shorter than yours. I think I’ll end up killing my back.
I'm on setting 3 and I'm 5'6"... My 4'11" son (he's 10) can use it without issue at setting 1 and my 5'3" wife at setting 2. If that helps...
@@MattsOtherChannel ok thanks! So when you adjust settings does the reach adjust too or just the chair height? Thanks - I’m going to check out your bagpipe channel- I’m Scottish too ! Thanks, I’m at 90% going to purchase DB, I know it will help w/ knees that traditional squats are hard on. Thank you 😊
@@glam1007 It extends (or retracts) the seat, and as the seat retracts in, you get both closers to the handles and the seat lowers. And I hope you enjoy the bagpipe channel! ruclips.net/user/MattWillisBagpiper
I have two pieces left. Some kind of tub and plate.🤷🏾♀️
доброго дня.напишите пожалуйста размеры в сантиметрах.Good day. Please write the dimensions in centimeters.
Thank you for your review. I’ve been interested in this machine to help provide better posture while doing squats. My cyro practitioner would probably approve this as a health alternative from free squats or heavy lifting
How does this work your biceps and triceps?
It doesn't... Definitely just legs.
ruclips.net/video/Jxw3XbOsJNA/видео.html
@@MattsOtherChannel it actually does… there are arm workouts using the seat…
How much does it weigh without the items inside it? Great vid by the way and thanks.
Ok you said knees. All I need to hear. Thank you!
DB's spring assists upward, & gravity assists downward. Getting in & out of a chair's much better exercise.
Except getting in and out of a chair is more difficult on my knees and is difficult to do weighted. I'm now at 75 extra pounds (weight vests) and my knees don't complain. So it's working for me.
Those pulses are deadly.😅
That's all I wanted to hear . If this helps knees. I have horrible knees i can't bend them. I usually use my back .I'm overweight for this machine but this is all I got. Was gonna take the chance. Thank you Matt.
Let us know what you think of the mahine once you try it out!
Great review. I was thinking about getting this but my current apartment is small. I am wondering how easy it is to fold and put aside after each use. Thank you
I can't imagine it'd be difficult, but my DB Method is in a home gym with enough room I haven't had to break it down. I just did, and it went quite well, but that's the first time since it was assembled. I suspect strongly it would hold up well to being broken down.
Nice job, Matt! Great follow-up!
Hi Matt I’m 6’6’’ tall is the machine too small for tall guys?
Hmmm. That's a good question. I a full foot shorter than you, and I'm on setting 3. It only goes to a 5, so I suspect it might be too small for a tall individual.
Does the center bar wobble a bit from left to right on your machine, or is something wrong with mine? Thanks!
Mnie wobbles a bit front to back, not really left to right. Did this since new, doesn't seem to be getting worse or interfere with the workout.
I remember hearing that it is supposed have some give so you also incorporate balance/stability while using it. I love mine!!
@@JM-is4me thank you!
Did it bother your hips? Thank you for the great video.
No, it does not bother my hips, though I do not have issues with my hips. But if it's anything like my knees, this machine helps my continue to work my legs when weighted squats are now too much for my knees.
Great review. The info about the low impact on the knees is very helpful! Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
Txs bro was very informative i do have knee minor want to strengthen my legs just keep.lower bottom.in strength
No problem 👍
Looks nice. I'm torn between 10 or 13. Leaning more towards 13. You and I are same height but I have a bigger frame. Would never consider such a small bag, but the fact it's more of a case and looks rather thick it might not look funny on my. Ah, decisions decisions.
what did you end up going with? I'm debating between the two as well
@@bmcdfw 13. Figured I could use the extra space if needed, but having had it for about a month I haven't had to use the pouches yet. I could've made due with the 10, but still worried it was too small for my frame.
@@Uridien cool, thanks for your reply. Do you use it as your EDC? Do you find it heavy on the shoulders after prolonged use? Do you prefer it over say a satchel?
@@bmcdfw I do find it heavy on the shoulder, which is odd since it's only roughly 4 pounds empty and not exactly full to the brim. Had baby wipes in there on an outing, and it was enough weight to be bothersome. It's way more comfortable by handle, but not feasible for long distances, really. I plan on taking it with me to a vacation in Michigan later this year, won't opt to carry it by hand. Part of it has to be my not used to shoulder carry, and I'm hoping to get used it because I do like the case. I also always found Saddleback's straps uncomfortable. Thankfully they did slim down the strap on the case, not as wide as standard strap. I wonder if it's even slimmer on the 10? I know they use the smaller slasps, which has to be lighter and I actually like the look of better. As for satchel, I don't have any experience with it, sorry.
Do you still enjoy this machine? And what about your back and knees? I have an upper back injury so curious to know what you think. Thank you.
Still using it twice a week and it's still holding up great. My knees are starting to occasionally make a bit of crackling when on this, but still far less than any other leg workout I can do. I don't have any back injuries, so I cannot attest to how it would work in that regard...
I've had mine for two years. I had two major car accidents and permanent nerve damage in my back. At 47 yrs old and former trainer for professional athletes (NFL). It's a great buy and it has taken the pressure off my knees and no problems with my back.
@@teresaautreyexperience this is all I need to know thank you. I have knee problems and I don't know what else I can do that help me back up is this.
I would wear gloves
to hold onto a padded handle 😆
So what's the follow up? Before and after pics? How many times a day?
It's more of a follow up on the machine than me personally. I use this to replace the squats I used to do in the gym, and as I said in the video, it was less about "seeing results" and more about keeping my strength and mobility, which it has done very well.
Hello do you think it will fit into a semi, I need something to help me out and I feel this is a good option for being on the road.. since I have lots of time in between receiving and delivering loads
I have not had the opportunity to see the size of an inside of a semi cab, but the DB does fold up fairly small. 45.5” long x 20” wide x 7” high when folded. Weights 29.5 pounds. Hope this helps!
@@MattsOtherChannel thank you so much it’s pretty roomy so I’ll definitely purchase 😊
How has is held up ?
Quite well! It's faded a bit, but it has done so evenly, and when I applied some Adam's VRT to it, it blackened up nicely. I imagine I'll likely reapply once a year.
@Matt's Other Channel So are you still happy. I got a 2022 Challenger that only has 4000 miles on it that is garaged and im already seeing one small area of discoloration. Think I will try the product you used. Wish Dodge would of just kept that area body colored instead.
Matt.. I'm 5ft tall..does this machine have a seat that will adjust for those of us who are vertically challenged?!😬 AND...what about booty building? Any insight or 'hind'sight on that end of things using the DB Method?
Hello! I use setting 3 out of 6 setting, so I'd think setting 1 would be perfect for someone 4'10" to 5'1" or so. As for the booty, this has largely been to replace the squat workouts I once did in the gym, but between by crackly knees and the pandemic, I've stopped going to the gym. That said, I do not appear to have lost any muscle since my old gym days using this, which is what I wanted from the machine.
Thanks for doing this! First video I’ve seen that actually explains If the actual machine is holding up and not just body results. And that’s what I was looking for.
Glad it was helpful! Still holding up great.
Thank you! Was really thinking about just hiring a plumber cuz I didn't know how do-able it is. You gave me the confidence and I am now the proud owner of a functional garbage disposal. :)
Glad I could help!
Thanks Matt, great review !
Glad you liked it!
Great Review..Thank you for Sharing..👍💪
Glad you liked it!
That came out looking good! Curious to see how well it holds. Need more Other Channel videos
I'm curious about that too. And there are many more Other Channel videos to come! Next will be a review of my Saddleback briefcase after 11 years of use.
@@MattsOtherChannel I’m planning this weekend to pull mine out, empty it, and give it some leather milk before starting the new job Wednesday.
@@MattsOtherChannel I purchase a brand new 2022 Challenger and only drive it on the weekends. Now it's 3 months old (1100 miles) and I already notice some scratches on the black plastic that surrounds the tail lights. Disappointed how easy that plastic is on getting scratched up. Do you know of anything that might get those scratches out?
@@wilchambers1401 The new "piano trim" on the 2015+ Challengers is way easier to damage then the earlier semi-matte trim on my Challenger. You could try and buff them out with a very small polishing pad, but I'd look that up and see what others may have done. Best of luck!
My wife has a 2005 xterra that is all grey. Might try this stuff. Thanks for the video.
How do we get the foot ramp hole in alignment with the tension rod pin it’s really hard
I hope you got this sorted!
I'm having same problem. I don't know why most of the videos are not elaborating on this specifically
Not at all and I want to use the machine so badly
im having issues with the tension rod, I cant get the seat to move at all :(
Did you ever figure this out? I’m having the same problem. 😩
Pls help. Same! Tried it all. Watched videos. Nothing works
you might have to adjust the seat, i noticed the tension rod doesnt move at all in some videos if the seat is all the way pushed in, try to have it at least at the 2 or 3 mark
I can't install the garbage disposal, because I can't do what you do so effortlessly at 6:45: engage and attach the parts. I tried using a jack to hold it in place, but that didn't work.
Excellent video. I was hesitating to replace my 15 year old BADGER 5 disposal with a new BADGER 500XL because the new model did not have a pre-installed cord. however, I will go ahead and do it after watching your video on connecting a separate cord. Looks easy. Thanks. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
Thanks and glad you found it helpful!
