did u take any accutane too? I am on cycle and i control with accutane but i don't think you can do any accutane with oral steroids like anavar thank you
@tsvetan4431 thanks for watching. I don't deadlift tbh, I used to a few years back but hurt my back twice due to poor form so just binned it off. I do back extensions and RDLs which I find less risky for myself
You kidneys and liver, your endocrine system, you do what you like mate. Personally I'd rather save the more serious PED's for getting past a plateau than for starting out, but if it helps you get your act together then that's better than nothing. Just keep up the hard work, and please be sure to get your blood work done a every 6 months, go over it with a doctor that understands PED's
@1quickdub in hindsight I agree with you. Reach a natural limit and then jump on PEDs. But I don't think I would have been so obsessed with sticking to my training and diet had it not been for wanting to get the full results from the PEDs and now 3 years in, I'm still regulary training and my diet is still pretty great. But yeah if I was advising someone else I'd 100% tell them what you said

If you run trt levels of test youll keep your gains instead of doing pct so run trt levels then for 12 course do 350mg ish plus something else you want to run for the 12 weeks then instead of coming off completely use a basline of trt levels of test and youll keep your gains if you keep ontop of blood work youll be fine health wise from the constant test

Thanks for watching. Few things you need to consider is the dosage I was on here was so low, it was always going to act as an aid. You're talking a dosage to test my bodies reaction rather than see insane results. If you have time feel free to check my insta, I've gone back and forth on cycles, again always very very low but it's always noticeable now when I'm on and when I'm not. Insta is 100percentminimum
Also just a suggestion when doing pull downs for your back drive your elbows down and squeeze your scapulas together, youre form is wokring a lot accesory muscles

Anavar definitely doesnt reduce your testosterone, it suppress youre natural test production. But if youre on a test base it actually increases your free test levels.
Does var suppress your test immediately (meaning during the cycle) or is it after your done with the cycle that it shows a lowered test level in bloodwork?
You were definitely not ready for this cycle. You had a poor base to work with and you definitely isn’t there knowledge wise. And that’s not to put you down mate, but I feel like if you’d some proper research and maybe train way longer beforehand, you’d have absolutely killed it

Running test, dbol, and deca now. Started at 196 and 4 weeks later 210. Strength is insane but I aromatizes like crazy. Arimedex not so effective nolvadex is much better. I'm cutting the dbol after one more week.
I'm on my first tren cycle 12 days in at 200mg a week ( 50mg eod ) loving what it's doing but i want more already 😂 probably gonna give it another week and double it ... I'm on the same test as you 300mg a week - i did go up to 500 last week on advice from someone but i felt cr*p really tired and that so i dropped it back down and within days i felt back to normal.. if you do decide to up your tren i'd say leave the test where it's at because from my little experiment i think that's where the problems come from more than it being the actual tren dose.
@@100percentminimum i was only pinning delts in my first few cycles and tbf they did get quite sore even with twice a week inj's, after a while my left delt got a hard little lump in it ( think it was scar tissue ) so i started doing quads too, since i've had 4 sites to roatate through each gets hit once every 7 days which seems to work well for recovery inbetween because i don't get any lumps inj pain or even pip afterwards.. i use a 25g 1.5" on mon & friday for test tren & deca ( all mixed in one syringe ) and on weds & sun i use a 30g 1/2" insulin pin for just tren.. i'm not squeamish or anything and i do what has to be done but having the break of 1/2" pins in between them 1.5" needles makes it easier.. if i was you i would defo add a few more sites to spread the load and give each site a reasonable rest inbetween and maybe use a smaller gauge pin, i figure that if the muscle isn't healed properly then whatever you're inj isn't gonna be metabolised as well due to reduced blood flow in scar tissue etc... as for sides at 50mg eod i've had zero, my temp is up - but i wouldn't consider that a side tbh it's just all positives so far, in 12 days stubborn back and lower belly fat is visbly melting away my shoulders have almost doubled in size and tbf i was already lean and vascular but definition everywhere is noticeably more so and strength is up say around 30% of what my max lifts were just 2 weeks ago... love this stuff and i think i'd suffer inj pains for it if i had to lol

At 50mg eod do you ever get lumps from the injections? Because I'm double pinning it's taking a while to recover before the next shot! Any sides?
