Of note on corey olsen: 1) after losing to us on twitter he refused a formal debate. 2) Corey Olsen is actually not a Tolkien Professor or an academic professor per his own credentials or the academic standard. His degree is in medieval literature. After ROP Season 1 Corey should cease to be called a "Tolkien Professor." He is "A medievalist and well-known Tolkien scholar, Corey leveraged his popular Tolkien Professor podcast to experiment with teaching in a virtual environment." This was fun! I wish there would be more "between season" content for RnR, but it does sound like some of you might need a wee rest. Thanks SO MUCH to the Studio Lab folks for putting this series together and the hard work you all have put in (and Corey, as well) so we could have a great analysis show with someone who is trustworthy as far as Tolkien goes, and who has so much fun doing it (even the moments like the mithril thing and Halbrand = Sauron).
