The Manners Lab is a fun and unique program designed to build confidence while promoting good manners and civility in children and teens. Since 1997, we have had the privilege of conducting workshops and programs in schools and for youth groups to thousands of children and teenagers throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The Manners Lab is the youth division of Christine Chen Consulting (www.CChenConsulting.com), a consulting firm dedicated to providing protocol, etiquette, and customer service programs to businesses, corporations, healthcare facilities, and universities.

So simple. I swear it hasn’t been that way around me lately and I’m an adult.
Putting a sticker on someone's forehead is super disrespectful, no matter if it children or adult. Not a good etiquette at all
It was just for them to practice, they won't use the sticker in real life situations. Besides that, it helps them to know where to look if they don't feel comfortable with eye contact. Cheers!
