Having AMC makes ponytails impossible. Here's a cool way to have a ponytail without asking for help.

Hi How are you? Can I ask you something plz
Sure, what’s up?!
@@rachelschickowski Thanks why don't you make more useful new videos?!
We missed you on YT.
Hello how old are you and where are you from?
@@TheSANJAY8 life became busy with family and work. But I’m hoping the old videos still help someone.
How are you doing
Gavin Northern the atheist Life is good. Hope you’re doing well. 🙌🏼🌟
For the excess bit I use a hair clip and just wind it up the best I can and let my ponytail camouflage it.
Do you think that would work if you had your head hung upside down? Just wondering because I don't have the shoulder motion upward that you do and I think I could step on it to pull it tight.
Can u show how u walk
Marry me...
Maybe instead of trying to tuck the end of the long cord into the wrapped up pony tail, you could just use a bobby pin to pin it there. That's what I do. Seems to work pretty well. I still have issues getting my pony tails to be neat-looking and not bumpy though. I guess more practice?
havasuroger - Thanks for stopping by! Hope you are well.
I have CMT (Charcot-Marie_tooth) kinda the same thing.
I use the standard crutches - I don't have the ability to bend my hands to use the lower arm type crutches.
onelegvin- Awesome, it's always nice to find other AMCers out there!
Yep, I use crutches to walk most of the time but can go without for short distances and around the house.
I LOVE IT!!!! I have AMC, it affects my hands, shoulders, spine, knees, ankles and feet, and my worst nightmare as a teenager was getting bullied, as they would pull my hair out. I can't do my hair unless lying flat on my back and sometimes it takes AGES to do, but your idea is soooooo fantastic!
No, it affects my legs and feet too. Visit my website at mylegisnotbroken (dot) com RUclips won't let me put a link in here. :)
