    I notice you did not add any strain relief. Since its been a few years has it held up? I am planning on shortening a cord on my old drill and might just use your method.

    • @ReeseAuxiliaries
      @ReeseAuxiliaries 2 года назад

      The cord I used is big enough to get clamped tightly by the case and I have not had any problems with it being pulled out. As long as you don't swing it around by the cord it should be fine.

    3:45 I used heat shrink for mine. 4:17 I notice you didn't have the strain relief boot back in place. The drill will probably be fine, but mine was still intact so I just slid the new cord through it and reassembled it all. You can buy those boots if needed. Just search up Strain Relief Rubber Boot.

    Hi Reese, I hope you’re well and keeping safe. I own an Etsy shop called Psyrelic. I primarily sell inlay ring blanks and crushed opal but there are a few other products available. I’m looking to expand and wondered if you would be interested in sponsoring my shop? It’s been trading a couple of years and has over two hundred 5* reviews. I’d be happy to supply you with free products to use in your future videos. If you believe my products are very good and happy to give me a mention it would be much appreciated. Is this something you may be interested in? Kind Regards Pete

    • @ReeseAuxiliaries
      @ReeseAuxiliaries 5 лет назад

      The foam I used was 4 inches thick. You could use leather if you use good staples, and a 6 foot bench would work just fine.

    I am wanting to get two wedding band rings made out of some rocks that we got from the location my fiance proposed. I was looking at making the ring itself with the rock only and now I am thinking I will want to do metal with the rock inlayed instead so maybe it will stand up to time and harder to break. How do I go about finding someone to do this for me?

    • @ReeseAuxiliaries
      @ReeseAuxiliaries 5 лет назад

      You can buy pre-made ring blanks online if you want to inlay the ring yourself. If you want the rings completely made for you, you can take the stones to a jeweler, or ask someone that makes and sells rings. There are a lot of them on Etsy.

    Should've just made interlocking shelves and uprights and then you'll only need screws at the tops and bottoms of the uprights and the sides of the shelf. You made so much more work for yourself with the individual uprights, and those corner pieces 9where one split)...
