Seems great, but using a regular smoker is SO cheap. Also if this company goes under, your investment in the smoker is dead since you won't be able to get any more "fuel."

I’d like to do some back yard bee keeping. But I’m not sure if my apartment unit will allow. Do you have any small scale advice?

Is this only a food supplement, or is this considered a varroa mite treatment like Apiguard due to the thymol in it? Someone recommended this for spring and late summer/early fall mite control, so I am not sure what category this would fall in - food supplement only or mite control. Also, I read somewhere that thymol can cause the queen to temporarily stop egg laying eggs, which I wouldn't want to risk in my newly installed packages of bees. New beekeeper here, so any feedback would be appreciated.

We hear your responses on facebook and apprecaite your feedback.This motor is the exact same motor used on the Maxant blender attachment, which we were surprised that it does heat up quite quickly, after 10 minutes its hot. We are looking into other motors, the price point will be more expensive but this product has many more benefits than the ones currently on the market. Fully adjustable for any tank size, the mixer blade comes off for ease of cleaning, looking into a timer, and we think these will justify the larger price point. Keep the comments coming! The main idea with its design is that it can be used on just about any tank. If you have 3 different sized tanks from 3 manufactures this mixer will adjust to fit. We should probably call it The Universal Mixing Attachment.
