Yes!! I spent months searching for apartments below $3k across different neighborhoods and it was so difficult. I ended up getting lucky with an a place uptown but it was super difficult.

Hi Hannah.☺ I think raising the budget was a good idea. Some of the apartments were very nice.. and of course.. others very small, but a person has to do a lot of planning and thinking about what is going to work best for them.. Showing a variety of places gives a person a good idea of what is out there. 💢🥀 How about checking out Staten Island next or maybe Forest Hills ? Hope your dental work is healing nicely and your knees too.!! Did you get a chance to see any of the NYC Marathon?

Hi Hannah. Feel better. I've had mouth surgery. Bottom Wisdom teeth taken out one year after another. ( 1997and 1998. I was at Dyker Heights for Halloween. It was ok. I will be in Dyker Heights for Christmas Lights numerous times. Except when there is Rangers games. Park Slope on Halloween was 82 degrees and i was wearing shorts. Cool video. Say hello to Ross and Rory.

Hello Hannah, I have had a couple of dental implants. As you said, everyone reacts to dental work differently. My main concern was that I wouldn’t “pass” my 3 month post implant checkup. I think the procedure hurt more in my wallet than in my mouth. Do you watch Tisha Shrestha’s channel? You both are around the same age, and vlog about your life in NYC.

Hi Hannah...!! Dental work is never any fun.. but its better than having teeth pulled and then you would have a smile with huge empty spaces.. uggg.. yikes..... Don't want that .. ... Are there any kids in your building? if so, do you have something special for them in your lobby for Halloween? I think Halloween is most people's favorite,.....just a goofy silly day to have fun and dress up. So sorry that you had a nasty fall and you're on the injured reserve list till you heal up. ....
