This is the worst repair video ever. You spend 1/2 the time on mixing the putty (just say “follow directions” and move on). Then you putty over rusty metal. This will rerust inno time. You need to remove the surface rust with a wire wheel and/or grinder. Then you follow with muriatic acid (diluted HCl) to dissolve (reduce) the rust. Wipe dry. Repeat until you have bare metal. Then clean the acid with a paint preparation metal stabilizer. You now have maybe an hour to coat the exposed metal with a two-component expoxy primer to prevent re-rusting. Once that is done, use the putty within the specified time window of the primer (if you miss the window, lightly sand the primer before applying putty).
