The Rustbelt Basketball Coaches' Network was created by a small group of friends who teach and coach basketball.
Derek Sheridan coached high school basketball for 27 years in both Indiana & Ohio, & is still teaching classes. During Coach Sheridan's coaching career his teams' were known for their competitiveness, fundamental skills, Blocker/Mover offense, and their 23 zone defense. Coach Sheridan is currently mentoring coaches from America & Serbia, is the Northwest Ohio District VII Basketball Coaches Association's (NDO7BCA) Clinic Director, & is a color-analyst for high school/college basketball games for Buckeye Cable Sports Network (BCSN). Additionally, Coach Sheridan wrote "Teaching the Princeton Offense, a Simplified Approach for High School Coaches," which was published in 2007.
