Mudhara Kamombe it’s a channel on Farming with Mudhara Kamombe which is an enterprise of cattle ranches in Zimbabwe Africa and it’s directed to those who wants to get into farming being it locals or in diaspora. It has a clear goal of achieving $1million dollar sales per annum and growing together as a community until we have all become millionaires. Different episodes will start from history to where we are, how we did it, planning, challenges we faced and how we continue to improve determined to achieve our goal, we will share good animal husbandry and management, demonstrating technicalities in the industry and how lean tools are adopted as a quality system to stimulate growth in all our operations. I do agree with you sir when you say "we need to do away with the we and them thing" If the workers are treated well, they will work hard and try to protect their jobs, your asserts etc. Everybody should feel that we are all in this together. Keep it up sir:)
