I buy today Meilan M4 and i charge it and they have a word (UPLOAD) and not working

This is all VERY OBVIOUS for any monkey who can push buttons. Why will it only reset to zero by holding down the right button SOMETIMES, but not always? Does it need to be on a specific screen? For people reading this, DOWNLOAD THE APP TO YOUR PHONE!! Set-up of this thing is incredibly time-consuming by hand and can be done quickly and easily using the app. It took me probably more than an hour to figure out how to simply change it from the default of Kph to Mph without having to reset the entire thing to ZERO! With the app, you just select MPH!! Among many other things such as tire circumference. I am a VERY competent gadget user and have NEVER come across a device this complicated to use!!! The instruction manual is useless. And simply pushing buttons like in this video will take countless hours to figure out, if ever. But the app makes it EASY! But things that SHOULD be so simple a 5 year old could figure out, like resetting the trip meter to zero, are frustratingly difficult. I tried holding down the right button countless times and it didn't work. Then I tried the right button many times and no luck there. Then I tried holding down both the right AND left at the same time, and no luck!! Then for some reason, I must have been on a specific screen, and the left button worked! But WHY does neither the instruction manual NOR this video NOT tell you that??? It is a DAILY USE FUNCTION!!! Not something you would rarely need to change like your tire circumference!! So why did it work now but never before???

terrible audio, you spit into microphone so it's even harder to understand what are you talking about considering your accent. This video could be much more useful if you would speak slower, with better microphone/or little bigger distance from it.
