@@stareshaghy3244 i loved mine too till i started noticing rings carved inside my containers. after checking some leftover product i found plastic bits in it. looking online i discovered that this is a very common problem at least with the original. i'm hoping they have fixed issue with newer models. i'd love to have one that doesn't add plastic as a mix in even though i have over $200 wasted in the original. shame on ninja for continuing to sell older models with a known issue

@@stareshaghy3244 $250.00 for a piece of metal that goes up and down? Requiring you to freeze overnight, then spin the damn thing 2 to 3 times more? Too much theatrics. When we want ice cream we want it now, not the next day. We use a compressor unit, pour in ingredients and ice cream in less than a half hour. Costs of one are even less than the Ninja. The buttons are just theatrical, every single one does the same damn thing with the metal going up and down, but only for more or less time. Ninja just released another cremi machine in the UK now there will be four of them? Enjoy yours!
