It does have an attractive spinning/flutter action. I wonder if the colors were reversed with a very polished/ reflective outside curve and a painted interior... would that be an even more attractive look? And how does it perform at different rates of retrieve? It looks like it would spin like a small propeller at any faster retrieve than shown... not that that's a bad thing, just that the video barely touches on that aspect.
It will rotate like a propeller at high speed, the weight of the bait does not allow you to catch currents at high speed!
