    This is a quick and easy cookies recipe with just 5 ingredients! Full recipe: Ingredients : 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp of butter 1/2 cup of sugar 1/2 cup of Ragi flour ( may substitute with any flour of choice) 1/2 cup of wholemeal flour 1/2 tsp of baking soda 1/2 cup of chopped almonds 1. Whisk butter and sugar together 2. Add the rest of the ingredients until you get a dough consistency ( shape it into a log and wrap in glad wrap. 3. Refrigerate the dough for 20-30 minutes before baking . 4. Next, slice the dough. 5. Bake at 180 C for 20 - 25 minutes - they should be golden brown and soft but should harden when cooled down completely. Enjoy! Don't forget to subscribe and be part of this new family!

    Ingredients: 1. Sausage of choice ( I used Vegan sausages) 2. 2 tbsp of Oil 3. 1 medium onion 4. 3-4 Green chilli (optional) 5. 1 Capsicum/Bell pepper 6. 1 tsp of Vegetable stock powder 7. 2tbsp of Soy sauce

    Recipe for this oil free , high protein salad. 4 cups of Cannellini beans 2 Avocado 1 Capsicum 1/2 Red onion Salt and pepper to taste Juice of half a lemon Optional: Garnish with coriander 4 to 5 slices of Jalapeños Add all ingredients to bowl and mix until well combined.
