Hi! I'm Javen! I play the Bb Soprano clarinet, Bb Bass clarinet, and the Eb Contrabass (Contralto) clarinet in my high school band. On the side i'm teaching myself 5-String Banjo, Acoustic and Electric Bass, and I dabble in a few other instruments!

Chasing Sunlight | BASS CLARINET POV
Video of a practice playthrough of a piece we are working on called "Chasing Sunlight" (Bass Clarinet POV). I usually play Contralto Clarinet, but it was in the shop, so I was sight reading for Bass Clarinet. There's not much difference between the parts, but enough to throw me off. And yes, I am aware my band is...Lets just say lacking in a few departments.

Whats up everybody! Here was a dress rehersal for a song called "Hymm from Jupiter" from a Bass Clarinet POV. My usual instrument, the Eb Contrabass (Contralto) was in the shop, so I was sight reading the bass clarinet part, which differed sightly from the contra's part. I wish I had a Bawu rn (the only one that's being sold rn is the end-blown model in F key in contrast to the usual traditional traverse/side-blown ttpe build)
I would not recomend this one, as it kind of started to fall apart. Hence why I made a video on it, because I have no idea how long it will last for. I might do a full video explaining the flaws if it is requested enough.
