I ordered the green version from Amazon today, im so excited. It’ll be my first colour vinyl. I’ve got a nice portable seabreeze record player from the 60’s that sounds absolutely haunting in the best ways on its own, and I cannot wait to hear this soundtrack on it.

A beautiful theme that is neither on the vinyl nor on the CD, only in the movie is when the dogs are walking in the middle of a huge ice desert, surrounded in the background by mountains in a monumental and epic aerial shot, which It is a very soft and beautiful version of the main theme and it has some different variations as well, I would like to find it even if it is in torrent in a bootleg like Complete Score or Expanded Score, since I highly doubt that all the complete music from the film will be officially released.

I love the movie and the music! but I am worried about how they filmed this, because many scenes with the dogs look very real, and these dogs unless they are like Robert de Niro acting, which I doubt that a dog has so much acting ability, even if it is well trained can act the suffering so well, so it seems to me that they are really suffering, for example in the scene when they are stressed and barking from hunger and desperate to get out of the chains, in other scenes they are covered with snow and cold, in other scenes they fall down ravines, fall into the water in the middle of the ice, they are made to fight with a sea wolf, others are seen limping as if they were injured, others are very tired and unwilling to continue running, and another very striking thing is a dog that is seen in a block of ice alone, isolated and surrounded by sea, almost in the middle of the sea, how did they put a dog there? And how did they rescue him afterwards? these are things that worry and seem strange, do we really know today if the dogs have really suffered or died in this filming?

Pricing directly on the cover is standard practice so anyone even remotely into buying used records should know this trick. Lighter fluid will never stain the cover, just don't rub it off too aggressively around or underneath the removed sticker. Sometimes it takes a few hours to fully evaporate depending on the amount used. I've flooded old price/DJ stickers on rare records and the cover never retains any damage or staining from the fluid itself. A normal modern price sticker just needs a few drops of this and can easily be peeled off gently by hand after the fluid evaporates, with another application for any remaining residue.
