Just got a bottle of the Remy Martin Xo bottle today very tasty delicious 😋 😍
Zaya is still my favorite rum.
Remy vsop has a bite
muh-TOX-uh
you very help me
@@harishemeal1482 awesome!!
Yeah Nelson’s mint is the mid. Wheated too! Not a bad one for the price point. Cheers
I just bought a bottle of 5 star metaxa. I am so excited about it. Smell was amazing. I hope taste will be better than smell. Love from Turkey. 🇹🇷 Yamas !
Everything will kill you, so choose something fun
Surely Lake Titicaca is better than Lake Chargoggagoggmanchauggagogchaubunagungamaug
Yeah .. I use this in my brandy sauce for bread pudding. yum
1. Aztec not Maya 2. Cap is definitely not a shot glass 3. Steamed in a stone oven. Read the labels on the bottle
I'd like to see a review of the old 1980's KB Lager.🍺
That’s cool opie found a new hobby after sons of anarchy
Let's keep EB 99 our secret!
Sackl Zement, reds hoid Deutsch bzw bayrisch, Den englischen Schmarrn versteht doch keiner. Leck mi doch am Oarsch
Your young men, you don't have to do it please!
$12?? Do I ever want to shop where you live. Damn, in Canada St-Remy costs 3 times that much!
No way!!
@@astarterandachaser433 I was actually thinking of the St Remy XO which is $39. St Remy VSOP costs $32 in Canada. Most of it's inflated cost is from taxes.
In Wisconsin we are real big on Korbel Brandy. My question about this stuff is , does it mix with Coke good and would you pair it with a fish fry or a meat raffle.
Definitely fish fry, and we don't mix anything with soda
On the cork, if you put your thumb on one side and rock it, it opens quite easily
Correct! We eventually figured this out!
$24 in PA
I've cooked with cognac for years and a few months ago I thought, hey, I'm going to try this neat and see if I like it. Well as it turns out I have discovered cognac! I'm going to spring for the XO as a Christmas gift for myself. Great review guys!
Why are you drinking Cognac out of a whisky glass?
These glasses have become a standard for taste testing across many different types of spirits! Yes a traditional glass is always nice, but these do the trick also.
Why you miring bro lol
Sinatra has a select brand
Could you clarify this comment? (We are aware of the Jack Daniels Select)
If you're ever in town, you have *got* to take their distillery tour. Watershed Four Peel (and Vim & Petal, another local) are my go-to gins for Life-Altering Martinis.
Their Gin is still some of the best we've tasted yet!
where i live i notice someone chucks out 1 or 2 bottles of these every 2 week or so, they must really be into but im collecting on the return hahahah
i got me a small bottle of vsop napoleon cortel brandy and yes thank you for saying it because i also thought it tastes scotch like j&b light whisky so not sure if this is how they all tasting these days or what, for something supposedly only made of grapes there is alot more going on , mine had an aroma of a plumb brandy i drink from serbia with some kind of orchard fruity aroma like pear nail polish or orange vanila, honey caramel and sweet taste with a bit of oakyness like a whisky finish even the glass smells like phenolics of peat but it was very smooth all the way through
I'll have to try this!
please do and make a vid on it and let me know when it's up , about 18 bucks for a 375ml bottle at the lcbo @@astarterandachaser433
añejo has a very bourbon taste for me, it's enjoyable and easily sipped or mixed. I've not tried the crystalino yet.
Joe here - Anejo and Extra Anejo is where its at for me!!
Why can't you pronounce the word cognac ?
Cognac!
Very Superior Old Pale.
It can actually be stated both ways!
to me, the white was the bottle I partied with back in the day, and one I can still go back to. The black is pretty damn good to this day. just a few drops of water to open it up and you have a great bourbon. the double oak is a whiskey that really holds up beautifully against a block of ice, but is a bit too woody neat.
We find all of these to be very easy to drink. Everyone has their style... drink how you enjoy it!! Thanks for watching!
I love these gentlemen. 😊🍷🍷🍷🍷 XO the one.. 😅
Thank you! We've been thinking about more episodes soon!
What the hell happened to the Whiskey Tribe guys?
Found some of these in a hotel in LA. I've been craving them ever since.
I bought my first bottle of RM VSOP. Took it to a party. All the ladies loved it. I liked it but not my favorite beverage by any means. It’s an easy drink, very smooth. I noticed some camel and vanilla flavors.
That's why you sued the tequila company so he could steal their skull ideas
Good info!
@@astarterandachaser433 kah did it better
@@joshuabailey2746 they did look cool. Like a hand painted artifact.
Will this get me drunk?
Yup 😆
If you want to get sedated don’t give brandy a bad name and take pills instead
Eclipse is awful imho it's okay with coke as a mixer the Black barrel is a huge step up and well the XO is the difference between say a VSOP cognac and a VS, well that's my take on it, Cheers
I bought this just for the cool bottle. I thought the vodka tasted like rubbing alcohol
Are you a spirits drinker?
@@astarterandachaser433 To be honest, no. I’m trying my best to broaden my pallet.
That is some epic Dad humor right from the jump. It’s not Italic it’s Bold!!! Love it! Thanks for helpful fun review. I’ll add it to my wishlist as it’s $74 all in my area.

Not only is crystal head vodka good. You can also make a really nice bong out of the container.
Haha score!

SBBP=Bananas Foster. Delicious!!
do not drink a can of beer 43 years later
Hahahaha!!!
I've been drinking a lot of this beer lately
It's a solid beer!
😂😂
If I can't handle drinking whiskey straight, is it likely to be the same with brandy?
Sorry for the late reply, well.... what is it about drinking whiskey straight that you can't handle... the alcohol burn of it??
@@astarterandachaser433 it's the same with most liquors it just makes me gag, I guess it might just be more the taste. Wine I can drink just fine so I've always wondered if this was more like wine or whiskey since it's made with grapes
@George Tropicana it's like a mix between the two. This one really drinks like an Irish whiskey to us. Just a bit more fruit and grapes to it. The darker Remy offerings like VSOP, 1738, XO, etc. Are more towards the wine spectrum. I guess in all honesty.... just have to give it a shot!
That can looks more like it’s from the 70’s.
It's OK, certainly better than any cheap whisky. But I like Raynal better.
Interesting!! Will have to locate some!
