Although I advised you to live your life as much is humanly possible in harmony with the disease if you can deny it or ignored it it will be much better the key is the mind to be pleasant & make it as not affected !!!

I have Body tremors for some months now not just in my hands but all over my body. The strange thing is they are only when I am hungry, it’s getting really bad and I find I need to eat more meals and snacks during the night. I have hand tremors and at times my leg moves. I have been using the Vilim ball for two weeks so far I have no improvements. I’m seeing the neurologist in a few days to determine the type of tremor I have.
