A very weak story, sad really and disappointing.

Short, but not bad. Hate to say it, but if the shoe was on the other foot, humanity would TAKE the being they needed, whether that being agreed or not. Good start an Introduction of characters. The dialog is a bit off but the setting is good. You have to explain why Eli and Lyra stayed on the planet for so long alone especially if they had a scout ship. Now the scout ship could be a single seater but if they could make a scout ship they should be able to add extra seats. Anyways, needs editing.

The female voice is a good narrating voice, but I was distracted a little bit, figuring out that the narrator’s voice was for a man. Would’ve been a little easier if the character was a female, this could’ve been a female female story. It’s good but a little short, but that’s why I listen to it as I had to move on with things so I selected it as one final short story.

a fair story would of been better with a good ending like he go's with her ! If you want to put out a good story for the listener you have to hold the listener to ever word or a good ending besides left in the dark ! Rate the story D+ due to badly written with a ending that sucks !

Not bad. A humble suggestion though. With VALENTINE'S DAY fastly approaching transmogrifying this Tale to a Love Story with the alien grandmother being a comedic 3D holographic disguised/camouflaged Trans-Galactic Species that procliveates to playing a WINGED, ARROW-FLINGING, CUPID to other species might be fun :-) Maybe even try to work in the song LOVE POTION NUMBER NINE 😊
