Penso che solo chi non capisce nulla di videogiochi non possa apprezzare titoli belli come questo. Anche se non solo fluidi come purtroppo si pretende sono perfetti nella giocabilità. Sharp X1, MSX e Nec 8801 sono l'emblema di questa filosofia giapponese. Bel gioco davvero.
Sì, è vero, uno che di videogiochi Retro non ne capisce nulla penserebbe sicuramente che questo sia un gioco brutto dalla non fluidità dei movimenti e soprattutto ignorando le particolarità dell'hardware e del periodo videoludico, probabilmente abituati ai giochi di adesso come Fortnite e Minecraft xD molti infatti tendono a sputare nel piatto dove mangiano, intanto quelli della vecchia generazione e quasi nuova generazione (ad esempio io) con sti giochi ci siamo cresciuti, quindi...

If you go down and up the path just to the left of the forest entrance, that will make the axe appear in that little room outside the forest cabin. Very useful for the Pamela Powerups speedrun since you need to use the axe to make her drop a torch!

Gioco semplice ma divertente! L'astronave principale ricorda un po' quella di Plaids. Dal video suppongo che il gioco non abbia un finale ma va ad oltranza finché resisti, giusto?
Sì, un po' ci assomiglia all'astronave di Pleiads! Comunque sì, il gioco non ha un finale, va avanti fin quando non perdi tutte le vite (al livello 16 sei costretto a perderle tutte, le basi nemiche sono talmente vicine a te che scappare è impossibile) nonostante tutto concordo sul fatto che sia divertente nonostante la sua semplicità! Il gioco ti permette di selezionare la velocità prima di iniziare una partita, a uno il gioco è più lento, a cinque il gioco è più veloce. Non ti dico di giocarlo a velocità quattro, ma a tre è meglio.

I can get through the first 4 levels fairly consistently, but havn't managed to get off Level 2 - 1 yet, hoping to learn some tips from this! UPDATE: Ok, I was clearly playing it wrong, had to search for help after watching this....Things I learned: You can steer into slides, there are 2 gears ( I was always using high gear). Much easier, managed to get to 2-3 now. Mean Machines gave this game 9%. Harsh review, they should have spent more time with it :D
@@dannycolverson6944 as you can see I drove slowly in courses 3 and 4 of level 2, being too tight and with a lot of curves. Glad you found my video helpful ;)

Btw I find this bootleg easier. This bootleg version of golden axe was difficult for me at the beginning, but after discovering this technique (jump back and forth and attack), it became easier 😂

ITALIANO Prima di parlare del gioco, vorrei spendere due paroline su una strana frase che avete letto prima nel caricamento del gioco (quella che dice “Device I/O Error”): Questo è un formato di ROM in cassetta, formato anch’esso supportato dall’emulatore BlueMSX, il mio emulatore per eccellenza. Quel messaggio di errore di cui sto parlando è dovuto alla mia dimenticanza di riavvolgere il nastro prima di caricare il gioco scrivendo solo ed esclusivamente “cload”. Su BlueMSX per riavvolgere il nastro si deve far clic sull’icona della cassetta e selezionare di conseguenza “RIAVVOLGI”, infatti dopo aver riavvolto il nastro, ho riprovato di nuovo a scrivere “cload” e finalmente il gioco è stato caricato con successo. Un’altra cosa importantissima è quella di tenere premuti i due pulsanti Shift e Ctrl insieme durante il caricamento della schermata in blu dell’MSX basic, così da avere 28815 byte di spazio liberi. Anche quest’accorgimento è molto importante per caricare questo file cassetta con successo. Parlando del gioco: come potete vedere è tutto in italiano. All’inizio vi chiede se giocare con tastiera (T) o con joystick (J). C’è un totale di 5 livelli e per ognuno di essi vi sono 4 fasi: LA PRIMA FASE in cui si deve raccogliere la spazzatura saltando formiche e mele cadute dagli alberi per non perdere una vita; LA SECONDA FASE in cui si deve raccogliere la spazzatura evitando le mele, entrambi ascendenti dal cielo mentre lo spazzino sta appeso ad un palloncino; LA TERZA FASE in cui si devono ammazzare le formiche spruzzando loro lo spray e LA QUARTA FASE in cui bisogna raccogliere l’immondizia che sbuca dall’acqua evitando le mele cadenti dal cielo. Dopo queste quattro fasi si va incontro ad una schermata bonus in cui il gioco ci chiede di scegliere un numero da uno a sei. Se si è fortunati, si vincono punti, altrimenti appare il messaggio che ci comunica di non aver vinto nulla. Dopo questi cinque livelli, ecco che il gioco ci fa i complimenti per aver pulito tutta la città, chiedendo al giocatore se vuole fare un’altra partita. Con S si seleziona “sì” e con N “no”… evidente, no? ;D Ci sono due modi per fare Game Over in questo gioco: 1) quando si esauriscono tutte le vite (o come le indica il gioco, le pillole); 2) quando si esaurisce lo spray nella terza fase. Che dire di questo gioco? Beh, è carino! Grazie Simone, è stato un gioco legato anche alla mia adolescenza ed è anche uno dei primissimi giochi che ebbi per MSX. C'è anche da precisare che in origine questo gioco non era compatibile su MSX 2, in quanto alcuni registri del chip video non erano settati in modo ottimale. Questa è la versione corretta che funziona anche su MSX2 senza glitch.

Comunque questo non è un gameplay effettivo, ho fatto solo vedere la differenza di grafica rispetto al video precedente che usava la sprite di Mario e Luigi del gioco originale, almeno qui hanno cambiato pure la grafica di Mario e Luigi. Lunedì invece mostrerò un gioco per MSX

@@DonPapiGames este hack tiene también una versión con gráfica diferente, una versión que me gusta más que esta, de hecho entre pocos días cargaré el Gameplay también de esa versión del mismo hack. Y sí, este es uno de los hacks que merecería una segunda parte y por qué no, también una tercera jejeje xD
Y a pesar de todas las cosas casuales que pasan en este juego, también me gustó la diferencia de habilidades que tienen los dos hermanos y siempre recomiendo a Luigi, pues no sea muy ágil, pero tiene capacidades de salto más potentes que Super Mario.
