    Everytime Ive been part of jobs that we had to build wrap arounds it would be almost exclusively wood boards in some sections because of the way the runners would connect and interact with each other. Only some bays had completely been decked out with metal boards

    That won't work you have to break the Scaffold using aluminum decking, the Scaffold had to be square

      If you pause the animation at 2:02, you will aee that the design has one square bay, (ledgers have white ends), and 1 infill bay that is really a lap, it has a ledger (red ends) on the outside, and a tube with wedge couplers on the inside, this infil/lap bay creates the angle for the wrap around the tank. It also uses steel lap boards that screw into the layer boards of the square bay. Hope that makes sense.. You also have to rotate the standards 45° so the ledgers will go into the rosette's brace slot.

      This was a while ago now, but from memory it was bespoke steel hollow sections. I'm showing them with the landing pad design already on the steel, but I'm pretty sure the design was added once they were fixed in place.

    Hello sir or ma’am. I love the demo of this splay design of the scaffolding. However, all layher ledger mostly design in a fixed length. . Just one question. Are they all in this video design to stretch that fixed ledger or just your creative way of demonstrating how the splay scaffolding design around circular structure? That is all

      Hi Wan, it may not be easy to see but on the inside of the smaller bay I have used a tube with wedge head couplers in place of a ledger. If you rotate the standards 45°, you can utilise the larger holes in the rosette for your ledgers and create that angle, these are typically used for face braces. If you refer to the technical manual it will give you the angles you have to play with. So I have the primary bays (indicated with white on the ledger) that are square, and the secondary bays that use a ledger on the outside (indicated with red on the ledger), and a tube & fit arrangement on the inside, so you can adjust and get the angle required. You can use standard boards on the square bay, and lap boards on the secondary bay, but as long as you use ledgers on the outside, you can use standard toeboards on both bays and it looks very tidy when viewed from the outside. Hope that made some kind of sense. Cheers

    Nice Video, specially in the lift-off preventer. The only note is the steel decks in the curved bays; I don't think it will fit in the reality!

      Thanks for your comment, I do appreciate it. The arrangement has 2572 x 1088 main bays with intermediate bays that use a 2072 Ledger on the outside and tube & fit on the inside, these intermediate bays are Lapped, and allow for the curvature of the Tank. The layer Rosette allows for 15° angle of movement for the ledger, if you rotate them 45°. It works well and looks really clean from the outside..

      @@aloysiuswharepapa6892 Think of it more as bays, the big bays are square regular bays, the smaller bay are actually just laps, made from an inside tube and fit, lap boards and outside ledger so it looks neat. The rosettes allow for a curtain amount of rotation if you use the brace hole for the ledgers. Consult the product manual for that info.

    Приветствую из Ярославля! Всё конечно красиво и складно,но это только на ровной поверхности. А как мне известно это редкий ландшафт на котором расположены ёмкости (1k)! Чаще встречаются скаты и вызвышенность (отмостка) из бетона,и грунта. Продемонстрируйте возможность (возведения) монтажа на не ровной поверхности. P.S. явно поворотная регулируемая винтовая стойка "домкрат" .
