Canada is a great country!

The problem I always have with Canada related info movies is that you always see the stunning scenery while the talking is about crime, Trudeau, taxes, home shortage, Indians, economics and some other negative things....common Canadians, do not give up! You have one of the most beautiful countries on the entire planet but I agree that a new government will hopefully bring joy and hapiness back into your lives. From one of the most friendly considered people in the world to a society ( so I learned ) that is now bit in decline, anger, completely done with their leader, immigration etc :( I hope this all is not as extreme as it is shown on all those YT channels about Canada. Anyway my plans to travel to BC ( Vancouver ) still stands for 2025, I have to experience that city, the mountains, the lakes and forests and hopefully meet some nice people. Greetings from the Netherlands, always warm hearthed when thinking about Canada!

Except for New Zealand and Australia, you've chosen some of the coldest countries in the world. I'm sure they are all "happy" places to live (I've been to some of them), until you want to go work, camp and spend time outside wearing shorts and T-shirts. I do that 8 to 9 months out of the year, and I'm "happy".

Yes, for example Thailand - watch out, the majority of people here only speak Thai and no english. This will make it very hard for you to live there as a foreigner. It is also hot as hell, which is hard for everyone. And it is very corrupt, which means the ones with money can do what they want but you can't. Money is God. Japan is another example, watch out, they work...all...the...time, they sleep, and they work, and they go - to and from work, that is all they do, every day, every month, every year. They don't speak any english, not even "hi". So good luck getting to know...anyone, forget it. And it's hot as hell in the summer and cold as hell in the winter. America....depending on who you ask...it's great...or not so great...depends on where you are on the political scale.
