Has anyone with chronic TMJ (who’s reading this) tried using the mouth tape? Curious about the experience? I clench my jaw so tightly when I sleep & can barely pry my mouth open in the mornings…I’m not even sure there would be any benefit? I’ve never (that I’ve been told) been known to sleep with my mouth open…definitely always had the opposite issue… So maybe I just answered my own question…🤔 Loved this episode btw, just subscribed!
