@@helmutlvx yeah I was expecting to have to use some glue, but it went together really well, only one part was tight and I brick it, but there was a replacement part in the kit, and I use the sand paper provided to make sure the 2nd one wasn’t so tight that I repeated the break!

I have no link as with a lot of these fake set sellers, there listing gets taken down and they keep having to relist, also pricing has dropped further! Just search for “42177” on Ali express comes up with loads and just pick a seller with good reviews

Yes pricing has dropped a lot since I bought mine 6mths ago! But I wanted to be the 1st to get a build of this as a fake set on RUclips, the real scam is when people pay Lego for one!

Yes it does work, not as smoothly as it should, but it does work!

Thanks for watching, do you mean the grey universal joint? Which comes in 3 pieces but with real Lego arrives ready snapped together, if so push one end in 1st then with a bit of force the other end snaps in too, it’s fiddly but not to bad to do

@ i did but there was no snapping it just wont click, if there is any way to show you the pieces to identify my problem, and I tried many of those pieces and still didn’t work. My whole building experience depends on this small piece so please if you can help me.

This isn’t a mould king model I’m afraid, it’s been discontinued from where I got it, if you look at the front arches from this model compared to the mould king version you will see its vastly different

@@madmax2630 as in the wheel tow in towards each other or, that the steering wheel doesn’t line up wheel the wheels face forward

@@albobuilds When I keep the steering wheel straight, One wheel is straight while the other one is turned either left or right. For example if I keep the left wheel straight, the right wheel would be not be straight.

@@madmax2630 I can only see that being doing something wrong in one of the earlier steps, something must be connected in the wrong place somewhere

@@mohidkhan9496 the actual parts missing and the parts I would assume printed, that the wheel centre discs, and the round disk with a bar on the back which goes in the grill, however the small studs which connect into the side of a technic brick to allow flat plates to connect to them are all to weak to hold anything on, if you email me on mralboni@gmail.com I can send images of this part etc, Have you also bought this set as well then?

It’s to be expected on a fake Lego set so I’m Not disappointed, I guess I’ve been lucky with other previous fake sets

We don’t buy fake lego’s cuz we are cheap

We buy them because they are the literal best equivalent to lego , some may be bad , but there are some good ones out there and this is one of them

We buy them not to collect. We buy them to experience the lego set but just aren’t willing to pay 200$ for a toy . Rather for 20 $ you can get the same thing

Plus i own both fake and real. And as an experienced lego builder (not to be narcissistic) i don’t seem to see much differences other than some slight differences in the color.😅

@@santiagocallebotero8757 42172 That will be because it’s a cloned set and the listing must keep getting taken down, just search for “42172” on Ali express and you will find many sellers selling it, the listing I bought from no longer exsists!

@@danieltosmiec9753 have you checked to see if the parts are in another bag? I found that there was one bag that had random parts that required stickers,

i checked everything bag 2-3 times and sadly didnt found any 1 of 6 of this part. i think its impossible to miss the 6 copies of that part

@@danieltosmiec9753 I’m out at the moment but will check the my manual when I get home, I’ve never had an issue with missing parts, but you if they really are missing you will have to contact the seller who will send out the replacement parts or you could find the missing parts on bricklink and purchase them on there

the third part from left needed to step 66 is what im missing so i would be grateful if you just look at it. also when im trying to contact seller it writes that the adres dont exists but i will try later

I’ve looked in my manual, and I know exactly the part you mean, it’s the movable grey part, you will find it comes unbuilt, with the 2x grey ends and a very very tiny joint that connects them together if you email me on mralboni@gmail.com I can show you some images of what you are looking for

No none whatsoever, when you order through Ali express, there is a small fee added to cover import tax etc, but this total is worked out before you pay, and I’ve never had to anything extra for hidden postage or customs costs beyond what I’ve agreed to pay at point of order, and I’ve ordered plenty of sets on both Ali express and Temu

@@thedutchgang6681 I know. There were 21 stages to the book and each stage had at least 2 bags each, all large pieces were bagged separately in one of 5 bags as well as separate bags for the hundreds of pins etc and single bag full of all parts that were to have stickers applied

@@polzki22 that’s what large technic sets always do! Yet somehow the pain is worth it and we buy more to do it all over again!

@@danieltosmiec9753 yes it arrived very quick and bagged up in numbered bags packaged well and arrived undamaged in a plain box, sometimes I get sets just in a giant poly bag, which often does get damaged in transit, but this was absolutely fine!

That never occurred to me, the engine itself does easily pop out, just heald in place by 4 studs, so it could be rearranged to a better design I guess! But as you say very sloppy
