There’s tons of stuff to do in Indy. Lots of museums, sports, outdoors, bars/restaurants, shopping, etc.

Loved the lot! So nice to see a home on a big lot. House was beautiful, but some of the finishes were starting to look a little outdated and weren’t high end like you’d expect for that price range. 😬 Thanks for the tour.

Nicer places with more land in Carmel, so why would you want that?
Some people don’t want land. They would rather have convenience. For instance, 4 houses down. Is a movie theater and a restaurant.

@@wr1791 Absolutely! Everyone has preferences. I've owned in Carmel and it was good for a while, but now I live on the south side of Noblesville near the fishers border and absolutely love it! My sister for example has lived in Manhattan and downtown Phoenix Arizona, so when she moved back to Indy wanted a place similar. So she bought a house downtown (around 500k). I personally would not want to live where she lives, but I understand her.

Amazing custom home, though the pricing is way off the scale. This home brings a lot to the table, but not $2.1M. At best $1.2-1.5 and that's at the high end. It's as if contractors know the bottom is falling out & they're throwing hail-mary prices. Just an observation.
I think in this case the location, size of the lot, and quality of construction are the biggest factors when it comes to the price of this home.

Okay okay WOW nice, that nook in the masters bedroom, behind the king size bed caught me by surprise. The white stove and oven, both White refrigerators where unique and beautiful. Slow down the video it's moving to fast.

I believe the construction on this was suburb. I've seen many many home builders and this one I believe did such a good job. Good insulation. Good windows. Good flooring. Etc.
