I think that this glorifies stonewalling. It only makes one statement that this should not be done as punishment. I have issues with over explaining and can see benefits from not being made to explain everything. Explaining too much can make you sound stupid because people quit listening. Stonewalling is abusive, derailing conversations is abusive, non-stop talking to keep others from talking is abusive, so any method to dominate communication can be abusive. I agree that this can be helpful in changing from being reactive and volatile. I do worry about this over glorifying a possible abusive response.

I'm glad he mentions Energy Healing as being very useful to remove or dissolve blockages that are holding people back from their true happiness. I've seen so much light flood into people after my sessions and they seem to be like new people after wards. Anyone know what book he is reading from as I googled it but can't find it. ?

I don't like small talk and my sister-in-law who I barely know is all of a sudden inviting herself to our home for days on end. This last time for was 10 days. After days of talking I ran out of things to say. Don't know how to remedy the situation. She invites herself and my husband without consulting me lets her come. I was so exhausted by the time she left I was almost in a coma. LOL
