Only downsides are that the right oeddale unscrews itself while I use it and increasing the tension causes it to squeak while in use. Both are minor issues that aren't that important to me. This is a great machine gives good massage. Worth the cost for the different massages it can give. I purchased in 2019 for my dad to help with his feet and leg circulation but I use it as well and our whole family lol. Def recommend the product I really like the lower back massage it is so good.

It has been my worst purchase, I Bought mine and it stopped working after a few uses, it started making continuos beeping noises that wont stop when I plug it, the moment I turn the button on, the numbers on screen start flashing along a beeping noise that wont stop no matter how much time is turned on. Tried searching on the web and in their manual which is a joke. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone. Simply dont buy it. This product that isnt even fully documented for failures like this.
