Todays lect was about acute pancreatitis and jaundice 😂😂😂, thanks doc
Would’ve been nice if the people looking at my 1st CT scan had’ve found the complete small bowel blockage I had before being told, while on IV pain meds, that I was fine and to go ahead and eat. That was an incredibly awful 11 days and 2 surgeries time.
Thank you sir ❤
plus I bet you did a angiogram that show the splenic axis atrial obstruction nice explanation live tge meducal field 33 yrs operating room and 18 years telemetry r n.
Many thanks

Nice Video, could you do the same but Witz utrasound
I could follow along until about the pancreas, that's when you lost me. I wonder if this is how quickly radiologists actually go through the scan or not though?
My cousin was suffering from a peptic ulcer for months, enduring constant pain. After using the natural solutions from IAFA Ayurveda, he found complete relief within just 3 months. We are truly amazed at how effective and gentle their treatments were.

Excellent video!
Hi I'm wondering how serious is a exophytic cyst 12.3cm on kidney?
Who taught you to examine linear objects by their axial sections? Where is the logic? Maybe it would be more reasonable to examine the esophagus in the sagittal projection using the MPR?
Better to be silent if don't have clue about z topic 🫢

Life saver!!

One tip. Please tag each case please.
The one with staghorn calculus, it is dilated system with thinned cortex...can you pls explain why do we call it xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis when renal architecture is preserved and there is no peri renal inflammation?
Time stamp please.

So the hypoenhancing areas are just reactive tissue growth inside the parenchyma. Since it is a chronic inflammation there wont be much perinephric fat stranding. Its the classical “bear paw” sign
Very well explained
👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Such a good video. Underrated.
