How does the OG 12 fit incomparison lets say the 2009 white/red 12? Would you go a half size up or stay with your regular size?

Yea it wasn't really that bad of a retro, but it was definitely missing some things.

My freind has a traded pair of the 2003 playoff 12 releases. I was wearing my taxi 12s when I went to his house and i just casually conpared them the 2003 playoff material was way more better than my 2008 cdp taxis. And in good condition. Only thing wrong with the playoffs was that it had major sole seperation on both shoes and 1 heel pod was missing on 1 shoe. The leather was very clean and uncreased. Im buying them for 20$ then im going to professionally restore them since i fell in love with them

I bought the Air Jordan 6 rings today .I wouldnt mine spend 100$ more dollar just to get one of these.These shoes are not the kind of shoes you will find at any mall shoes store.Even the fake one is hard to find.

I did, he said that about the lizard print being more defined but he didn't point out the size of the original lizard print is far bigger than the retros.That whole white part is far larger than the retros.

I would say there is more lizard print on the originals. the shape of the lizard print on any retro 12 is far off. I'm surprised the guy that made this video didn't point that out. Especially when the lizard print above the jumpman accent/mudguard is so much smaller than the originals.Jordan brand made the youth sizes look more like the original from the shape/mold of the entire shoe and how the lizard print should look like.

The cut on the lizard print is a lot different too. It's more curved on the OG.

Really just goes to show how far JB has fallen in terms of quality. This 2012 is nowhere near as nice as the OG, but we're still saying that the quality on these isn't that bad in comparison to other recent retros. Not to mention that these are a lot more expensive.

I live in Asia due to job position. Tokyo, Seoul and couple other asian cities release a few weeks or more before the states!

from what i been hearing JB makes these small color changes so that u can seperate the pairs to show respect to the OG and earlier retro collectors

for the sneakers being side by side and on even surface the OGs look shorter, fatter and more compact! gives me that image i have when i used to stair at ever other 12 yr olds pair in elemetry school(too poor for my mom and pops to get um for me)

I know alot of OGs especially the earlier ones like the 3s and the 4s you obviously cant wear um so im not talking about them. but lets say jordan 11 thru 14 OGs particularly the 12s becuase they are so durable......Could you still rock them? like could you rock those OG playoffs IF you wanted to? I know most would keep it as a collectable but im just curious?

the cushion was the first thing that I could tell was different, even before I got the shoes. Still copped 2 tho lol

fucking noobs think OG's can crack. LOL the worst thing that can happen to the OG's is the jump man on the side cracking and a lil separation.

I say it runs true to size personally. Jumpmanbostic says it runs big. Depends on your feet.

I wouldnt recommend it for basketball or rough activity but for walking purpose it should be fine. I guess it depends on how well it was stored over the years. I still have a pair from 1997 that I wear today and its in great condition! Has not cracked yet but it is slightly yellowing on the midsole.

I say they run true to size. With the OG I always had to half size up due to the thick cushion around the entire shoe.
