I haven’t used a recipe yet for my sourdough experiments. Haven’t needed to. Most breads are 3 1/2-4 cups flour and 2 tsps salt and an amount of rise-ability.     I was eating at a restaurant that put pansies in the salad. It was beautiful. A man sitting near me ate one then looked shocked. He came up to me maybe 2-3 minutes later when I started eating my salad and asked if it was poisonous. I laughed and said no, they wouldn't put it in the salad if it was. He regained color to his face and ate the rest.
