I like how you talk about your workers. I see you use modern equipment. Less stressed out operator at end of day, a machine that sitting in cab has AIR or heat, those cabs get hot being close to the HOT engine all day. When you are pulling those heavy ground covers you have more than ONE guy( I worked jobs ) were the foreman expected you by yourself to do the job of 4 humans. Lots of cussing. You have a great work ethic. Take care of your best asset. The machine does not run its self. It needs a stress free human to be productive. So you as a great run company can make a profit. Keep those jobs going, and bring people to you, who want to stay with you. Don't want to work for the other company that could care less about it's workers safety. Worked for those companies, that should be out of business. They Destroy workers lives, be it (L& I) claims, or just worker like myself who said I'm through with that. Bought my own backhoe to treat it right, and be safe in my work ethic. Long live your company You rock.
