46:00 product market fit 48:00 you can get strong product market fit with a subset of people 48:40 sometimes you’re just not marketing well to the subset you have strong fit with 50:10 podcast audiences are a lot, but average revenue per customer is a lot lower. Math is very different, and that’s volume based 1:00:40 why it’s good to focus founder attention on areas of uncertainty and risk, not reliable things you can manage (like coding if you’re a developer) 1:02:20 hire also to offload repeatable stuff, so you can lead and charge into more interesting and uncertain challenges 1:21:30 why selling an asset is the most money you’ll make 1:23:20 you can then do whatever the heck you want after that 1:29:00 freedom purpose and relationships 1:30:20 annual retreats

Hey, tip for the host: You interrupt Dago very often, that makes it hard to follow, and diminishes information. Dago managed to get back on topic, but it feels a lot of valuable content got lost this way. Charly on launchedfm (or Lex Fridman) are good examples of hosts. Thanks for considering :)

RUclips knows me very well by now... I have the habit of watching (more listening) to sth. from my watchlist in the morning when preparing breakfast. And today this great interview was at the top of the feed. I couldn't resist, although I'm way behind in the podcast's episodes, and started to listen 👂. Thank you Tiago and Simon for another great interview. It was (well is, I'm not through, yet) very interesting. Also, I fully agree with Simon saying his social life always was more outside of work. It's definitely another good reason for being a founder, your own boss and feeling a bit awkward about working in another company 😅
