Bass is over done in my 5 so I use Samsung's Sound Assistant found in Samsung apps. The equalizer cover 8 frequencies iirc. The volume setting with each click can be really reduced to get volume spot on. Enjoy.😊

I think it's not worth it

I am a diehard Bose fan and own numerous Bose speakers including the Max but I have to give credit where it is due. I own the Charge5 and it is a total five star speaker period. In my opinion the Charge5 is probably the best speaker on the planet. It rocks period. If you buy only one speaker in your entire life it should be the Charge5.
