‘Flow’ invites the viewer to relax and immerse themselves in the transformative experiences of locals interacting with the local wetlands. Recent studies have proven that human physical and mental health is fundamentally intertwined with the health of our natural environment. The sounds and qualities of light of aquatic environments have a psychologically restorative effect. Whether we walk on the beach, sail, swim or sit, our mind begins to focus outwards to the environment, helping us to put our life in perspective.
