I've said before and I'll say it again - try heating the cast part with a heat gun, the pipe fells right off without the need of whacking it with a hammer. ;)

That's a sweet set.. One thing I'd invest in, is a hi-hat to bass drum clamp. A must for double bass setups. I have a Ludwig, but there's other makers also... your set sounds awesome with that reverb.

Tama actually did offer a 2 hole tom bracket to 4 hole drill pattern adapter. A few years back I bought a first series Artstar II direct from Japan, it had MTB30's on which I thought was odd knowing they were only two hole until I found the removable adapter underneath to match the 4 drilled holes on the shell.

The same thing happened to me with my Starclassic B/B, when I saw the screws on the badge were so long, I cut them off. And the interior needs to be oiled to make the walnut shine. I used linseed oil.
